1. Service Scope

Bedford Happy Paws offers dog walking and consultation services in and around Bedford, Indiana. Service details are confirmed during booking.

2. Scheduling and Cancellations

Appointments may be rescheduled with at least 24 hours notice. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours notice may incur up to 50% of the scheduled service fee.

3. Payments

All prices are in USD. Payment is due at the time of service unless otherwise agreed in writing.

4. Pet Safety and Behavior

Owners must disclose known behavioral or medical concerns before service. Bedford Happy Paws may decline service if safety risks are identified.

5. Liability

While reasonable care is taken during all services, Bedford Happy Paws is not liable for unforeseen events beyond normal control, including acts of other animals, weather events, or undisclosed medical conditions.

6. Access and Emergency Contact

Clients are responsible for providing safe access instructions and an emergency contact. In emergencies, Bedford Happy Paws may seek veterinary care if the owner cannot be reached.
